What’s
fine ceramics coating?
Such special
material is widely known as a “Coating tool” or “Coating die”, their
endurance is two to ten times than non-coated material.
Using materials
want to use as a performance of fine ceramics, such requirement can
be done by our coating service.
Application sample

Fine coating can be applied widely to tool, die and
friction-proof part. For example, die for cold
forging and punch press, or high precision die for
reign mold or IC lead frame these are required
severe dimension, such requirement is suitable for
low coating temperature PVD.

Motor car parts
DLC coating has high hardness and low friction
coefficient, and rubbed material is not injured by
DLC. DLC has been taking high valuation by
reason of such future. Recently DLC has applied
to car or compressor parts as a non-lubrication
material.

Corrosion-proof
Concerning a medical appliances or food facilities are required high
corrosion-proof for long term. Fine coating is not only using for friction-proof
but also for corrosion-proof.
Fine coating can keep glossy surface forever because of non-corrosion.
TiN coating of gold color and clear color coating can be coated to glasses
frame or eating utensils.
